Charges are made for the following :
• Work performed:
     - Set-up and Clean-up during and after completion of the home repair.
     - Any trips made to pick up material before or during the job.

• Material is billed at my cost plus 5%.

• Payment due upon completion of day's work
Reimbursements:
Our hourly rate is $100 per hour for service work. Free estimates are provided for larger projects.

Time is billed in 1/4 hour increments after the initial hour.
